We are taught that we have to stay inside the box to make a living, to survive. How would the old paradigm run if everyone broke out of his or her boxes? According to the powers in charge, it would be like letting all the rats out of their cages. But, we’re not rats, we’re brilliant people. What if enough people escape the cage to create a new paradigm?

River talk, expressions I’ve never heard, places I can’t imagine fill the air. An entire language system describes the hydraulics of ebb and flow of the river that I’m unfamiliar with. Every rapid and sandy beach has a name. Every boulder etched into memory. Words swirl around me, fueling flames of anticipation and fascination.
Are You Plagued with Low Self-Worth?
Worthlessness is the feeling of being small, powerless and a victim. You may think you have an internal flaw. Something is wrong with you that you hide so no one will know or find out about. Unworthiness is a hidden monster sucking your life force. Shrinking or inner collapsing with feelings that you’re not good enough, that you don’t deserve, or that it’s your fate in life to just get by. All these are neural programs passed down for millennia.
Where the River Meets Icebergs and Grizzly Bears
Out of the blue, a massive grizzly pulls up to shore. Grizzly bears move at a speed of twenty-seven to thirty-five miles an hour. Panic sets in. There is no way in hell I can out-row a grizz. The guys dig for the guns, Peggy grabs the dogs and I row for dear life. Interwoven sandbars catch the boat. The grizz stands up on his hind feet, raises his paws up to the sky exposing a nine-foot frame and lets out a husky roar that reverberates throughout the wilderness.
