What if your fucked-up parts are really your hidden gifts?
The seeds to your success and thriving are planted and rooted in your inner mess. Those of us who have lived through really traumatizing shit, are actually sitting on a gold mine.
Only focusing on the positive and sprinkling gold glitter on top of a huge pile of shit is not a sustainable practice. This leads to the denial of what is happening underneath the surface.
Like it or not, according to Dr. Bruce Lipton, your unconscious runs your life. Your conscious has 40 nerve impulses per second, and your unconscious has 40 million nerve impulses per second. Do the math.
It’s clear that what’s happening in that pile of shit is what is creating your life. The pathway out of the neural crap is down and in. Spiral love and gratitude through all the horrors. Bring in the high frequency of your soul to all the fears. Start clearing away the debris with love and gratitude. It’s like discovering treasures in the garbage dump.
Another way to look at this is to discover what’s happening in your body. Fear, trauma, PTSD, (post traumatic stress disorder), and panic all are tied up in your neural bundles. It’s a big jumbled up mess that keeps getting triggered. Every time the bundle of nerves sets off, more neurons join the pile, making it even harder to shift. Bring in the high frequency of love, gratitude, and the frequency of your soul to unravel the chaos.
Once the pile starts to get cleared, the seeds of your success can come to the surface and see the light of day. Once seen, they can grow and flourish.
Love the parts you think are fucked-up.
The parts you have judged may be your gifts hiding under a pile of shit. As you love all your fucked-up parts, they start to transform. Your talents and aptitudes start to emerge. Like a sprout rising up through thick cement, your brilliance will start to rise up and blossom.
Be gentle and loving with yourself. We tend to beat ourselves up in ways we would never dream of hurting others.
The key is to love your self with more compassion and gentleness every day.
This is where you’ll find your purpose, and what brings you inner satisfaction and fulfillment.
The amazing artist, Judy Chicago, states, “Truth is found in the ignored, the forgotten, and the left out.”
These seeds are hidden deep within.
Have your fucked up mess be the compost that feeds and nurtures your dreams and desires. It takes great courage to look, but once you do, the rewards are profound.
