Here’s what helped cure my massive pain and PTSD
It took me years to discover that my PTSD is not my essential nature.
PTSD, or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, is a mental health condition that’s triggered by experiencing or witnessing a terrifying event. Symptoms may include nightmares, flashbacks, and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event or even oneself.
Near Death and Needles
The soothing soft rays of light welcome and caress me. I float up a shaft of light and an iridescent opalescent archway appears before me. The light emanating from the other side of the arch is deliciously inviting. A joyful celebration as the beings of light gathers to greet me. I want to enter the light and stay with my beloved friends.
The crossroads of humanity — insanity or brilliance?
What if our brains are entwined with bits of toxins that block pathways of our brilliance? What if unworthiness and self-hatred are actually like big chunks of plastic interfering with how our brains and bodies function? Just like plastic, these big globs don’t dissolve on their own. The debris leads to sickness, lack of self-worth, and feeling like a piece of shit.
